[Problem Description]

After enabling the material ledger, unallocated unallocated always appears? What causes this? How to deal with it?
 

[Unamortized unallocated concept]

① In the transaction code CKM3N screen, there is a row of data: Cumulative inventory.
 

② Above the accumulated inventory, it is not distributed (Not distributed), I call it not distributed in the warehousing direction;

③ What is under the accumulated inventory is not allocated ('Not included' or 'Not allocated'), which I call unallocated in the outbound direction;

④ Unallocated and unallocated items in the material ledger are calculated and processed on a monthly basis.
 

[Reasons for unallocated and unallocated]

① Differences cannot be processed in the inbound and outbound directions.
 

② Differences in cost nested loops.
Nested cost loops will cause both the inbound and outbound directions to be unallocated and unallocated, which is a troublesome difference to deal with. Common causes are as follows:

① The inbound and outbound directions are not assigned or allocated.

[How to quickly query unallocated unallocated]

① The SAP system provides the following two transaction codes to query unallocated and unallocated:
CKMVFM - Value Stream Monitor (ECC6.0)
ML4HVFM - Value Stream Monitor (S4HANA)

② When the project queried the above transaction codes, it was found that the running speed was very slow, especially: the CKMVFM transaction code was unacceptable; although the ML4HVFM transaction code has been improved, it can only view one company code, and the speed is also relatively slow;

③ In order to quickly query reports, we use QUERY to formulate report queries in the project. The running speed of viewing all company and all factory data is generally within 30 seconds.
 

Report logic: Read the data table MLDOC. The MLDOC-CATEG field is used to distinguish categories. For the above unallocated and unallocated, they are ND/NC respectively.

NC: Not Allocated
